She denounced that statements made without evidence are very serious and announced that she will present her counter-statement and that she has an apartment in Mexico City where she lives with her son.

Regarding the transfer of custody of Julián Figueroa's son to Maribel Guardia, after hours of studies and expert evaluations, the Prosecutor's Office of Mexico City made the decision to guarantee the child's safety. At the same time, Imelda Tuñón is being investigated due to the complaint against her.
